- Please try to use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Other people will be reading your posting, so please try to do your best to contribute in a way that will be useful to everybody.
- The administrators reserve the right to edit episodes to remove offensive, obscene, or illegal material. We also reserve the right to edit episodes to fix spelling or formatting errors.
- Try to keep each addition to between one paragraph and one page of text. If it's too short, it's a waste of time, and if it's too long, nobody will want to read it.

- Be sure to correctly rate your additions. We have a rating system that applies to every episode, and you can rate your work G, PG, R, or X depending on its content. It is important to correctly rate every episode so that readers will not follow links that might lead to content they don't want to see.
- Try to add several possible links after your episode. Be creative. If you can only come up with a few possible links, consider adding a "Something else" link after them so that someone else can extend the story in ways you didn't consider. Don't post your episode without at least three links after it.
- The Spellchecker function is currently reported to be buggy. Until resolved it is strongly recommended against using it at this time as it may eat your post.
